Guaranteed straighter teeth post-treatment
Guarantee conditions:
Guarantee for Aligner Treatment Results:
- We commit to providing additional Aligners until at least 90% of the predicted result, as indicated in the treatment plan, has been realized, and as long as further improvement remains medically viable.
- To qualify for this guarantee, it is essential that you wear your Aligners for 22 hours daily. However, in the unfortunate event of dental accidents impacting your treatment results, we regretfully cannot offer a guarantee.
- It is mandatory to attend all follow-up appointments during your treatment. Failure to do so will result in us being unable to provide free refinement aligners, and an additional charge will be applied.
If the conditions are not met and refinement aligners need to be purchased, the costs involved are as follows: SEK 600 for refinement rescans and SEK 500 per refinement aligner.
Guarantee for long term retention with Wire Retainer:
- We guarantee the durability of the materials and the long-term retention on your teeth. This guarantee only applies once you have purchased your post-treatment wire retainers.
- The guarantee applies only to teeth that are fixed with the Shapd wire retainer. Note that we can't guarantee your tooth position after treatment.
A requirement is regular and thorough dental care. If your retainer becomes damaged or brittle, or if your bonded retainer becomes loose, please contact Shapd within 14 days.
- It's important to note that we cannot extend a guarantee in cases of dental accidents leading to retainer displacement or shifts in tooth position.
